    According to Ayurveda, Garbh Sanskar is the best practice to deliver an intelligent and healthy baby.

    Women carry baby in their womb for nine months, it is a tough journey for her. She needs good care from her family as well as husband. She also has to take care of herself and must follow healthy practice as it will affect the baby.

    Ayurvedic Garbh Sanskar suggests few habits that should be followed by the expecting mother like eating healthy food, positive thinking, meditation, listening to soothing music, reading spiritual books;

    As per Ayurveda, there are different techniques parents can use to for fetus bonding using Garbh Sanskar. It includes meditation and establishing a conversation with the fetus. You can transmit good values to your unborn baby by establishing communication with the baby inside the womb. The positive feeling and good thoughts of the mother affects the fetus.

    Effect of Food Habit
    Expecting mother should take balanced diet, it includes lots of fruits, vegetables, pulses, protein rich diet and fresh water. The diet should be balanced as it is responsible for the development and growth of the fetus. A balanced healthy diet will help the baby to become physically healthy and stronger.

    Effect of Yoga and Exercises
    Garbh Sanskar includes following yoga and exercises this will keep both the mother and baby fit and healthy. Yoga is a great way to relax.     Music is the best way to relax for the expecting mother, it is also a healthy practice. It is believed that the fetus responds to the music, baby can hear the surrounding from 7th month. Ayurveda suggests the expecting mother listen to soft, soothing, melodious music. With regular practice, the baby will feel calm and happy. Both mother and baby find it enjoyable and comforting. They can also listen to mantras and shlokas.

    It is advisable to ignore horror scenes or movies. It can create a negative effect on the baby. The expecting mother can indulge in creative activities, this will boost the creative power of a baby. The expecting mother should be happy, calm and positive.
